According to a report from Abendzeitung’s Kilian Kreitmair and Maximilian Koch, Bayern Munich’s supervisory board is scheduled to hold a critical meeting on Monday to shape the club’s future direction. The agenda includes discussing potential contract extensions for sporting director Max Eberl, technical director Christoph Freund, and CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen, along with finalizing the summer transfer budget.

While Dreesen’s extension is widely seen as a near certainty, the futures of Eberl and Freund remain uncertain, with final decisions expected in August. The meeting will also determine how much financial flexibility Eberl and Freund will have for new signings. The club has identified right-back and attacking positions as priority areas for reinforcements.

With the squad already in strong shape, the leadership and any incoming players will be expected to focus on one clear goal: helping Bayern Munich take the next step toward reaching the Champions League final. The plan is likely to be outlined and possibly approved on Monday, setting the stage for the hard work ahead.
